Damages Policy

If your order is misprinted or damaged, then here’s what you need to do.

1. Immediately snap a picture or two of the misprint or damage caused by the shipping.

2. Send those images over to us at Sales@grekoprinting.com.

3. We’ll immediately respond and investigate the issue.

4. We will have the damaged item sent back to us and send you a replacement or credit your account the cost of your purchase. It’s that simple!

Heads up, we don’t guarantee a collectable grade on anything shipped. Read more about that here.
